You’re using your Velocity Global Wallet credentials. Your Global Wallet credentials are different from your Velocity Frequent Flyer credentials, as you set them up during the account activation process.
You’re entering the right credentials. Both username and password are case sensitive, so please double check you’re entering your credentials as you set them.
