You can load money to your Global Wallet® using bank transfer or BPAY®. For bank transfers, your funds should be available within one working day3. With BPAY®, your funds should be available within three working days.
You can find the BPAY® and bank transfer details in the Global Wallet® app in Load Money, or in the online account centre in Add Money. You’ll then need to log on to your online internet banking service to make the bank transfer or BPAY®,
3 Your financial institution may charge transaction fees relating to Funds Credits loaded by this method. The time it takes for Funds Credits to become part of your available balance may vary based on your financial institution. When your transfer is made outside Australian (AEST) business hours, prior to or on a weekend or public holiday, it may take more than 1 working day (24 hours) for funds to become part of your available balance. The maximum amount in a single load via Bank Transfer is AU$25,000 (as long as it does not cause your available balance to exceed AU$25,000). Other fees and charges apply. See the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for full details. A monthly Inactivity Fee applies after 12 consecutive months with no transaction activity. To avoid foreign exchange fees, you must transact in a Supported Currency and have sufficient funds stored in that Supported Currency.
